1. Agreement

By accessing or using LinkNewsletter (“Service”, “we”, “our”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. These terms apply to visitors, free users, and paid lifetime customers alike.

2. Description of Service

LinkNewsletter is an AI-assisted newsletter generator. You can paste a URL, text, or a prompt and receive a generated newsletter you can copy, edit, or download as a PDF. The Service is provided “as is” and improves over time.

3. Accounts

You may try the Service once without an account. To generate multiple newsletters, save history, or remove watermarks, you must create an account with a valid email and a password of at least 6 characters. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for every action taken under your account.

4. Lifetime access and payment

LinkNewsletter offers a single one-time payment of $36 USD for lifetime access — this removes watermarks and unlocks unlimited generation. Payment is processed by PayPal (including card payments through PayPal). By purchasing, you authorise us to verify the payment and mark your account as paid.

5. No refunds

All sales are final. Because the Service is a digital product that delivers value immediately upon purchase (unlimited AI generations, watermark removal, template access), we do not offer refunds, partial refunds, credits, or exchanges under any circumstances. You are strongly encouraged to use the free tier before purchasing to confirm the Service meets your needs.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to generate content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, misleading, infringes intellectual property, contains malware, or violates the rights of any person. You are responsible for verifying facts in generated newsletters before publishing them. You may not scrape, resell, or wrap the Service in a competing product.

7. Content ownership

You own the newsletters you generate and are free to publish, edit, or sell them. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any source URL, image, or text you provide. We claim no ownership over your generated output, but we may use anonymised, aggregated metadata to improve the Service.

8. Third-party URLs and content

When you paste a URL, we fetch its publicly available content to generate a newsletter. You confirm you have the right to use the source material. LinkNewsletter is not liable for third-party content or for how you use it.

9. AI-generated content

AI output may occasionally contain inaccuracies. Always review facts, dates, and links before sending a newsletter to real subscribers. LinkNewsletter is not liable for errors, omissions, or consequences arising from AI-generated content.

10. Watermarks

Free-tier newsletters and PDFs include a small LinkNewsletter watermark. Removing or obscuring the watermark without a paid lifetime licence is a violation of these Terms.

11. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate any account that abuses the Service, violates these Terms, or attempts to defraud our payment system. No refunds are due on termination for cause.

12. Availability

We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Scheduled maintenance and occasional AI-provider outages may temporarily affect generation.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LinkNewsletter is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will update the date at the top of this page and, where possible, notify signed-in users by email.
